Condition Report: Good overall condition, 2 pin holes near the top left and right corners, 1cm by half cm missing near the centre of the top edge, some print bleed, 2cm tear on the right side edge, a few very small edge nicks, some surface creases, some wear to the folds, pin sized holes where the folds meet and a couple of very small areas of fold separation, the indent from the title written in pen verso very lightly shows through near the top right corner.
